The author of MoE mod showing progress ingame has quit, as far as I'm aware, so might not see it updated.

I don’t believe it can be a reliable estimation.It’s pretty reliable, I’ve pushed my mark to 65% in-game several times with different tanks and recieved my mark when I got into the garage.Since Update 1.8.0.0 the display in colours with amount of damage from center / top in hangar is gone maybe because now the tanks name stand at the bottom ?same here mate… maybe we should wait some update of MoEI have the same problem, at first I thought that it was only with me.The new version 1.8.0.0 is not working in the garage. I see skill4ltu has a mod that shows him in game what his progress is to the next MoE.
